One of the most successful type of campaigns we have run for Greene King, in line with their KPI, are flash sales. Greene King expressed to us their requirement for last minute reservations for a Sunday Roast Sale and combining our Social Media Management and Community Management we put together a successful strategy. Using innovative, creative content and paid social advertising we crafted a campaign that would not only engage customers but could also be used across 71 of their sites. Our Community Management team were then on hand to quickly and efficiently respond to all social reactions generated to effectively turn engagement into revenue, calling these reservations through to each relevant restaurant.
