Lucinda Ellery provides hair loss management services and support, for women with Alopecia, Trichotillomania and other causes of thinning and receding hair, with several studios in the UK and the US. 3sixfive have supported Lucinda Ellery brand pages with a range of services such as Social Media Management and Community Management.

The Brief

Lucinda Ellery were aware that they were not engaging with their audiences enough on their social media platforms, resulting in a lack of growth and community feel among the business pages. 3sixfive were asked to identify and implement the best strategy to increase the online community, whilst being on hand to answer incoming enquiries, recommend the best services to potential customers, provide factual information regarding hair loss and generate leads for the studios within the UK and the US.

The Strategy

 
 
We introduced a tailored, bespoke marketing strategy to Lucinda Ellery that met their KPIs and social media goals.
Creating social media adverts to target potential and new customers to the page and build awareness as well as posting factual, unique content to keep current users engaged. A/B testing was conducted with relevant audiences, created content and designed imagery to optimise the campaign to generate the best results.
We introduced a monthly blog post that would also help drive traffic to the website as well as providing further information about the brand to its customers.
Ranging from educational resources to specific details about their hair loss solutions, sentiment of conversations increased positively after its introduction to the strategy. This also provided an additional platform to share international media coverage, discuss trending news and debunk myths related to hair loss.
Managing two brand pages for the client meant we had some freedom to engage with a wider audience.
Making sure our interactions were informative and factually correct for a client of this sensitive nature was also incredibly important. In depth training was provided to ensure this would be the case and all comments read as if they were from the Lucinda Ellery team themselves; with compassion and understanding whilst providing information to help support their journey into hair restoration.

Since working with Lucinda Ellery, engagement on their social pages has dramatically increased through the use of Facebook adverts, relevant content and great interactions being made across both brand pages. With regular contact with the client, we are able to influence the social activity and provide solutions to any objectives set out. Creating content for Facebook, Twitter, paid advertising and a monthly blog meant we could keep audiences engaged on a regular basis, creating a brand community and being there from a customer service point of view. Page likes have seen a huge growth and the client has seen a large amount of customer referrals through their social channels..
