2023 was another busy year for us here at 3sixfive. As always, we provided Community Management, Review Management, Sentiment Analysis and more essential services for our clients every day of the year from 8am-10pm, and worked hard to maintain their reputations and support their online audiences. We have many highlights and accomplishments to share, so join us as we recap our best moments as an agency below.
Online Reputation Experts of the Year
We were delighted to be named Online Reputation Experts of the Year in SME News' Southern Enterprise Awards, courtesy of AI Global Media. We were proud to receive this award, which recognises our dedication to providing comprehensive reputation management services to our wide range of clients across social media and other digital channels, every day of the year. Thank you to everyone who nominated us as the best in the region - we truly appreciate your support!
New Clients Arrived
We welcomed some excellent new clients, including InPost, a brand that offers an affordable and eco-friendly parcel locker service throughout the UK, for whom we now provide Community Management across Facebook, Instagram and X. We also assisted London’s Kew Gardens, the world’s largest and most diverse botanical garden, with an 8 week campaign on Facebook, Instagram and X that involved assisting with enquiries, reputation management and monitoring. Plus, we expanded our offering for one of our long-standing clients, Greene King, by rolling out Community Management on their individual IPA Facebook and Instagram pages, meaning we can now assist their customers with enquiries across an even broader range of touchpoints.
Our Team Expanded
We were pleased to welcome 5 new members to our Community Management team in 2023, while 2 members of this team also moved over to our Client Services department in order to explore a different side of the business and directly assist our clients with their needs.
Additionally, to prepare for the upcoming expansion of our Live Chat service, we launched a dedicated Live Chat team and recruited 3 new members who will be specialising in this service. We’re excited to grow this team even further in 2024 as our Live Chat service becomes a bigger part of our business.
Proactive Engagement Success
We began offering a new service, proactive engagement, which involves starting conversations with social media users that haven’t directly contacted our clients, but have presented an opportunity for engagement nonetheless. This means monitoring for viral news stories, current affairs and pop culture moments, and using social listening to find relevant topic mentions, so that we can add our own comment or meme that links trending content with our clients. This boosts brand awareness, positive sentiment and engagement, and allows us to introduce our clients to people who may not have heard of them or interacted with them before.
Over the last six months, our proactive engagement efforts have accumulated 57,718 likes and 610 replies on TikTok for Krispy Kreme, the UK’s favourite doughnut brand - and we’re hoping to expand this service to other clients in 2024!
We Worked With a US Brand
Despite being located in the UK, we provided Community Management for a US-based client during its rebranding phase, which involved adapting our dialogue style to suit an American audience and being mindful of contextual differences and timezones. Our partnership with this brand demonstrated that we can confidently and successfully provide responses on behalf of international clients, and proved our team’s ability to adopt different tones of voice when needed.

Overall, 2023 was another exciting year, and we’re immensely proud of everything we accomplished as a company.
