By gathering details of potential bookings - from the number of guests in the party to special dietary requirements and contact details - we streamline the table booking process before contacting your in-house team to check availability or, if preferred, using an agreed online booking system. Our aim is to save you time to allow you to prioritise internal guests, so we’ll keep track of your peak times or fully booked periods, offering alternative times or dates to guests whose reservations can’t be made.
Additionally, with the help of our Social Media Management service, we can create content reminding customers of upcoming offers, menus or services - and most importantly inviting them to book directly through your social media pages to maximise potential covers. We’ll then utilise our interactions service to actively encourage more bookings and incentivise visits.
